  2. Lookup the table below for location details. You will also need to know the item's call number to find exactly where the item is located on the shelf. See find an item on the shelf for how to understand call numbers.

Periodical Collection Law

Contains journals and magazines.

Newspapers are stored in the group discussion area on C Block, Level 5.

QUT students and staff can request articles from periodicals held by QUT.

Closed collection, articles can be requested.

Course Reserve Collection Law

Contains items in high demand such as prescribed texts, looseleaf services, videos, photocopies and exam papers (1989-2001). It may include lecturers' personal copies of items.

Lecturers' copies and dossiers of readings are arranged by unit code.

External students may request copies of extracts from items in this collection - simply search for the item in Library Search and select the Request scan of chapter option.

Contains items such as case citators, case digests, dictionaries and legal encyclopaedias.

Closed collection, items can be requested.

Contains law reports from Australian and overseas jurisdictions.

Project Reports Collection Law

Contains copies of dissertations, final year projects and honours theses submitted as a requirement of QUT Masters and Undergraduate courses.
