About QUT Open Press
QUT Open Press provides open educational resources to support QUT students and academics in their learning and teaching. These resources are peer reviewed and freely available to the reader, who can be students, researchers, and/or members of the public. Types of resources include:
- Open journals
- Open texts
- Open publications (reports, theses and other works edited or published by QUT staff and students)
- Other open resources (open, online modules and tools developed by QUT Library).
Services available to QUT authors include:
- Open textbook hosting on the Pressbooks platform.
- Open textbook licensing.
- Discovery services, including DOI advice and provision.
- Copyright and Creative Commons licensing advice.
- Resource promotion.
The Library can partner with you to ensure your publications are peer reviewed and showcase a high standard of published content.
