Databases for alumni
QUT students who have graduated from an award course have free access to a subset of the Library databases. Note that former QUT staff are not eligible to access databases for alumni.
These are databases where the publisher has permitted access by QUT student alumni. The full set of Library databases is not available due to publisher licence restrictions, however the Library continues to negotiate access to increase the number of databases and resources available to alumni.
How do I login?
After clicking on the database you want to access, you will be prompted to enter your username@qut.edu.au and password. Your username will be the same username as when you were a student (usually your student number).
- If you are unable to login or don't know your username - contact HiQ for assistance.
- If you know your username but have forgotten your password - you can reset your password at https://access.qut.edu.au by selecting the Forgot password? option.
Please note that an alumni borrowing membership is not required to access Library databases.
