Surveys and promotions
Thank you to all the students who completed the Library Student Survey (InSync) in 2016. We had a fantastic response with 6405 students completing the survey.
The results showed that QUT Library is performing in the top 25% of the 31 other benchmarked libraries in Australia and New Zealand. The highest performing area was that of Library Staff, which recorded QUT Library's highest satisfaction score of 91.1%. QUT Library's lowest performance score was in the area of Facilities and Equipment (75.7%). The key gaps that were identified were: availability of quiet study and group study areas; and access to computers and laptop facilities.
