The Library Collection Access Supervisor works with the Manager, Library Service (Kelvin Grove) to ensure Collection Access functions operate effectively, to follow relevant policies and procedures, and to provide a high quality, client-oriented service. The Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Collection Access activities, which may include the coordination of the following functions:

• Digitisation of materials, including QUT Readings
• Course Reserve
• Collection shelving
• Collection maintenance
• Presentation of Library spaces, facilities and equipment
• Assisting clients in the use of Library spaces, facilities and equipment.
