The Resource Coordinator (Readings) is responsible for:

• QUT Readings service delivery, under the supervision of QUT Readings Service Manager, working with team members, coordinating with the stakeholders (including QUT Readings system vendor (Talis), Liaison Librarians, Copyright Officer, Collection Access team, Learning Designers, and Disability and Accessibility Services) to streamline the workflow, ensure students have efficient access to their course resources via QUT Readings, and provide support and resources to meet user needs
• supervision of Resource Assistants on the QUT Readings Team
• managing orders for subscriptions and one-off collections (including coordinating with teams and vendors for pricing, licensing, negotiations, new orders, cataloguing, access, usage stats, renewals, cancellations, and processing in library management system).
