The Associate Director, Library is a strong contributor to providing strategic direction and leadership in all aspects of service delivery in regard to branch operations of Library programs and services.

The role contributes to implementing appropriate practices to build and maintain a highly skilled workforce, and allocate resources for the effective operation of the Library.
