Liaison Librarians work directly with academic staff and higher degree research students.
Please note
Principal responsibilities:
- Advice, assistance individual consultations on:
- scholarly publishing, including QUT ePrints, ORCID, and open access
- EndNote
- locating and analysing publication metrics
- locating evidence to demonstrate research impact
- locating and managing information and research data
- IFN001 Advanced Information Research Skills (AIRS).
- Advice and assistance to staff on QUT Readings and copyright.
- Ongoing development of the QUT Library collection of databases, books and resources - aligned to the needs of the University.
- Teaching into coursework units to provide tailored presentations and/or embedded online guides, videos and interactive tools.
- Advice about all QUT Library services for researchers, teaching staff and professional staff.
