System requirements
- Adobe Acrobat Reader (version 5.0 or higher) (Download Acrobat Reader)
- Microsoft Internet Explorer (version 6.0 or higher), or an alternative browser such as Mozilla Firefox (Download Firefox)
How to login to the desktop delivery service
- If you have not previously authenticated in the current browser session, you will be prompted to login with your QUT access username and password.

- On the Desktop Delivery Service Login screen, enter your QUT e-mail address. Do not use your personal e-mail address.
- Enter the PIN provided in your e-mail notifiction. Do not include the brackets [] around the PIN.

How to delete cookies
Internet Explorer 7
- In Internet Explorer, select Tools > Internet Options.
- Click the General tab.
- Under the Browsing history section, click the Delete button.
How to resolve an internal server error
- Refresh the page.
- Try re-opening the document.

How to configure the pop-up blocker settings
- In Internet Explorer, select Tools > Internet Options.
- Click the Privacy tab:
- If the pop-up blocker is ticked off, no action is required.
- If the pop-up blocker is ticked on, click the Settings button.
- Add *.qut.edu.au Click Close. Click OK.

How to enable active scripting
- In Internet Explorer, select Tools > Internet Options.
- Click the Security tab.
- Select the Trusted sites zone.
- Click the Sites button:
- Add qut.edu.au and tick the Require server verification (https:) for all site in this zone box.
- Click Close. Click OK.

How to configure Adobe Acrobat Reader to open outside the browser window
- In Adobe Acrobat Reader, select Edit > Preferences.
- Choose the Internet category.
- Un-tick Display PDF in browser.
- Click OK.
