Requesting copies
QUT staff and students can request copies of articles from journals held at other QUT branch libraries. Where publishers' licences allow, the copies are provided as a PDF file.
- Complete and submit the
Intercampus copy request form.
When the copy is ready, usually within 3 days, you will receive an email will provide you with a link to the document stored on a secure web server. You will have to log in using your QUT access account details to open the document.
Your document will be removed automatically after it has been opened 5 times or 14 days after the email notification was sent, whichever comes first.
If a document can't be delivered electronically, a photocopy will be posted via internal mail to QUT staff and postgraduate students. Other students will receive an email notifying them to collect the copy from their branch Library Help Desk.
