Course Reserve Collection
Teaching staff can ensure ready student access to high demand items by requesting library material be placed in the Course Reserve Collection. Personal copies of texts can also be placed in course reserve. Items in course reserve have a maximum 2 hour loan period. These cannot leave the library building.
Course Materials Database
The Course Materials Database (CMD) is a database of suggested readings selected by lecturers for units and is available via the OLT unit pages. QUT uses CMD to manage the digitisation of copyright material in support of courses. Typically, teaching staff request that digitised copies of print journal articles, book chapters or conference papers be made available via the CMD. Please refer to Information for Staff for further details.
