Chat allows you to obtain answers to your questions immediately by having a real time online chat with a Librarian.
If you are in need of assistance from the Library, but are unable to visit one of the Library's Learning and Research Desks, then during semester you are able to Chat Online with a Librarian between the hours of 10am - 9:45pm from Monday to Friday and 12 - 4:45pm on weekends. This can be done from home, work or elsewhere on the campus. All you require is access to the internet and QUT Library website.

You can obtain help with locating resources for your assignment, assistance using electronic resources, and advice on referencing materials for assignments.
If you require assistance outside these hours you can also submit a question to AskQUT.
