Search for standards
If the standard number or the correct title of the standard is known, select Title search, and enter the Standard Number e.g. AS2732 or Standard Title e.g. Guide to the lightning impulse and switching impulse testing of power transformers and reactors. An alternative method is to select Keyword search, and enter keywords on the topic of the desired standard. Then limit the results by Author, entering the name of the issuing body e.g. Standards Association of Australia.
Can't find fulltext?
If the standards are not accessible via QUT Library, staff and students can request them via QUT Library's Document Delivery Service. If the standard is likely to be of use to other QUT staff and/or students, you can request its purchase for the collection via your Liaison Librarian.
Alternatively, if you have research funding, you can purchase it for you individual use. Use an Internet search tool to locate the standard issuing body. They usually make standards available for purchase, or will direct you to a distributor.
