Strategic plans for the Library are developed on a three-yearly basis. The Strategic Plan involves the development of:
- Strategic Objectives - the broader principles and overall goals that the Library is aiming to achieve over the three years.
- Annual Action Initiatives - the actual initiatives that the Library intends to undertake during each year to achieve its strategic objectives.
- Annual Key Performance Indicators – a series of measures for examining the critical areas of the Library’s operation.
The current Strategic Plan:
- QUT Library's Strategic Plan 2007 - 2010
Includes the Library's three-yearly Strategic Objectives, 2008 Annual Action Initiatives and 2008 Key Performance Indicators. - QUT Library's Strategic Plan 2007 - 2010 (wall chart)
