Manages the Branch Services of Lending and Reference, specifically the Library Help Desk and Library support staff.
Responsible for the efficient functioning of the Carseldine Lending and Help Desk operations, including effective management of Lending staff and Reference support staff to ensure that the Library meets its service goals.
