Role
The Library Quality and Planning Manager is responsible for management functions and ensuring smooth coordination of Library operations and interactions with external areas. She is responsible for conducting research and development projects geared to the improvement of Library services (eg. LibQUAL+); maintaining and reporting on the Library's statistics and performance measurement program; managing the Library Staff Intranet's content; coordinating the Library's corporate information management strategy; and overseeing the Library's operating budget.
